Budweiser Grilling Sauces
Anheuser-Busch is kicking up the grilling season with a new line of Budweiser sauces, including a baste, two barbecue sauces and a wing sauce. Budweiser Wing Sauce, Budweiser Barbeque Sauce, Budweiser Baste, and Beechwood Smoked Budweiser Barbeque Sauce will be available just before the 4th, so get those grills ready.
Four tasty Budweiser sauce recipes were created by a team of chefs led by Certified Executive Chef, Brent Wertz, at Anheuser-Busch’s Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, Va., in conjunction with Anheuser-Busch brewmasters. Check out these recipes and more at Hot Sauce Blog

Unibroue's Chambly Noire
Like many of Unibroue’s beers, including Maudite (“Cursed”) and La Fin du Monde (“The End of the World”), Chambly Noire even has a dark story behind its creation. The brew is a salute to the Carugbab-Sallières, a regiment under King Louis XIV, known by their black musketeer hats. In 1665, they were sent to wipe out the Iroquois Indians living along the Richelieu River, and to build forts on its banks to ensure peace and prosperity for the colonies of New France. One of these forts still stands in Chambly - just down the road from the brewery itself.
